Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are not collected or refused upon delivery are not considered valid returns.

In such cases, the order will be refunded minus a fee of 250 SEK (or equivalent in your local currency) to cover shipping, return, and handling costs.
